File No. MFP — Crandon, Wisconsin

Confidential, Member-Based Support for People Representing Themselves.

McKenzie Friends, PMA is a membership association providing disciplined, confidential lay support to people navigating legal and administrative systems without enough guidance, time, or tools. We are not a law firm. We do not provide licensed legal representation, and membership does not create an attorney-client relationship. What members get instead is organized, practical help from people who've done this before.

What Membership Includes — And What It Legally Can't.

FAQ

The Questions Everyone Asks Before They Hire Me.

Q1Is McKenzie Friends, PMA a law firm?

No. We are a membership association providing lay support. We are not licensed to practice law, and membership does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Q2What is a Private Membership Association?

It's a membership-based structure for organizing our services and dues. It does not change any legal requirement that otherwise applies to the support we provide, and it doesn't substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

Q3Can you tell me if I'll win my case?

No one can ethically promise that — not us, and not a lawyer. We can help you be as organized and prepared as possible.

Q4What areas do you serve?

Principal location: Crandon, Wisconsin. We serve members throughout the United States.

Q5Can you speak in court for me?

No. We do not appear as counsel of record or represent members in court. We can help you prepare and, where appropriate, be present for support.

Q6Is my information confidential?

Member communications and records are treated as confidential to the extent consistent with law. Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is legally required.

Q7How do I book my membership application appointment?
